For anyone interested: this is my photography gear.
My current main digital camera is the Fuji X-E3. I bought mine in fall of 2020 used on ebay for about 450€. I like it’s small form factor and the positioning of the electronic viewfinder on the right side of the camera. Also I really like it’s oldschool look. I usually put a pro mist filter on top of my go to 35mm prime lens.
For everything analogue I use my fathers old Canon AV-1 35mm film camera from 1982. It has everything I need, the possibility to switch lenses and a great big optical viewfinder. Except from a cheap point and shoot kids camera from my childhood, this camera was my entrance to film photography back in 2019.
I really liked the idea of having a second film point and shoot camera in my bag, so i got on ebay and bought my Fuji DL-190 from the 90s for just 20€. I just love the photos this small camera takes. Especially with it’s build in flash they look somewhat real and nostalgic.
For my cameras I use a mix of old Canon FD-Lenses and some new Fuji-X lenses. How do I use those old lenses on my Fuji X-E3 you might ask? I ordered a lens adapter online, it works great except for no autofocus, but focussing manually is a lot of fun, too!
