In keeping with the colder season, here is another picture from the Alps. I find it fascinating how the snow line always remains the same across mountains. By the way, this is my 50th post!


In my opinion, one of the most impressive buildings in Oslo is the Opera House. I was lucky and had an afternoon of sunshine, so I went straight up to take a few pictures. This one is just the back, though.


Last year in August I visited Oslo for the first time. I really enjoyed it! I don’t know why I haven’t posted pictures from this trip before, but I think Oslo is a very photogenic city. Stay tuned. This is a shopping arcade in the city center.


I was a bit surprised by the strong turquoise color that Lake Constance actually has when it’s sunny. It really does look like some place far more south.


Last weekend I went to the beach and took this picture. It almost looks like a painting. It’s edited, of course, but something about the composition gives it that special look.


I personally love fireworks and so I brought my camera with me at the final day of the Kieler Woche of 2021. Didn’t disappoint.
