Another picture from Sanssouci Park in Potsdam, this time from the porticoes of the Friedenskirche. In summer, the whole park looks like something that should actually be much further south. No wonder: the architecture is based on building elements from Italy and Rome.

I also visited Copenhagen for the first time last year. Such extremely modern-looking houses are not uncommon there and I think they always make a good motif, especially when the sun is shining.

In my opinion, one of the most impressive buildings in Oslo is the Opera House. I was lucky and had an afternoon of sunshine, so I went straight up to take a few pictures. This one is just the back, though.

Last year in August I visited Oslo for the first time. I really enjoyed it! I don’t know why I haven’t posted pictures from this trip before, but I think Oslo is a very photogenic city. Stay tuned. This is a shopping arcade in the city center.

Last weekend was the second time I’ve been to Potsdam and yet I’m only now posting the first picture of the city dotted with Prussian palaces. The building peeking out from behind the trees is the Belvedere on the Klausberg.

Another picture from Aachen. Aachen Cathedral stands directly behind King Saint Stephen. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to take a look inside, but the cathedral is also an eye-catcher from the outside.
